A full day seminar which will cover the essentials of Stav martial training. This will include the runic stances, training with the staff and unarmed combat training.

Programme includes:

Warm up and gentle stretching exercises

Stav stances

Staff exercises

Two person staff training for developing judgement and coordination

Staff five principles drills

Nine guards with the staff and spear

Axe cuts

Axe two person drills

AIM (action, intention and movement) training with the cudgel

Five principles knife defence

Cost

£25 for the day (Members £20)

Refreshments are included but please bring your own lunch
